I understand that medical related domains are a niche which can be profitable, but length and hyphens are real killers. Admittedly long hyphenated domains have sold for good amounts in the past but they are extremely rare. I would say these are reg fee. Best of luck with your development.

I am am fan of hyphenated domains, but it needs to be the following to have value.

- Two Keywords separated by 1 well placed hyphen
- Have actual search volume.

This one is not that great.
