Professional Appraisals or Appraisal Scam??

A client wants to buy a domain from me but he first requested that I show him a professional appraisal for the domain to show it's real value.

What are the best domain appraisals services ? Which one should I use ?

I would assume sending money to a fraudulent company who will run off with your cash.

Well, they usually ask you to get an appraisal from someone they trust, and offer you a choice of 2.
Once you have paid for the appraisal, you never hear from them again.
Obviously, they own the appraisal company which they recommend.

Too bad, for them, that I always check everything and never rush.
