Using risk factor and success rate as a standard, and the enduser as the target what is your view of domain names, that are based on a *projection* that they would be a good name for a company or a brandname for a consumer product? The names in this class, would all fall under the brandable category, but are not "made up" names like Google and generally would be in the form of two keywords, a prfx+keyword or a keyword+sfx. Unless you get lucky, the particular keyword combination would have little associative value as a current search term, but, my oh my, the words certainly appear to be a natural fit and do seem to have "product" or "company name" written all over them. (Of course, we are not talking about names that are already in use or that are currently trademarked).
A couple of names from my portfolio, that fall into this category, include:
Product Names- FruitMist.com, and a new one, VistaGuard.com
Company Names- BlinkCo.com and Genomed.com
Related to these, (although not a potential product or a company name), are names that are probably better suited for a book or movie title, rather than a website, per se, but for one reason or another, you couldn't resist:
(I regged this one w/ dev in mind moreso than resale, but nevertheless.):
TaoofNano.com
