Problems with PokerTells.com HTML code.. please help.

I'm a horrible coder. I'm trying to setup a mini-site at www.PokerTells.com. There are two problems and I was hoping some kind soul here would help me fix my code.

#1 - The Full Tilt widgets are carrying over and messing up the "Articles" heading on the left sidebar

#2 - All of the single and double quotation marks in the last three articles show up as little boxes. I don't see why, as they show up fine in the first two articles.

Can someone help? BTW, I know the website looks like crap. I figured if I just put up the minisite first, it would be cheaper to pay someone to pretty it up.

I'm using IE7 as well. The Articles looks all blurry for me. I can't duplicate the problem in FF, though.

I think I figured out the box problem... for some reason when I copy and pasted the old code it put in some weird ascii-character wannabe quotation mark. Gotta do a search and replace I guess.
