Need help with wordpress

Hey guys im having some problems with wordpress.

When I tried to write something underneath that youtube video the site went crazy and everything was not aligned. When I add a certain adtoll code to certain pages everything goes crazy. What is the problem? Someone please help....

Well heres what I did.
I went to add a new post

<p> posted the youtube code </p>
wrote some text here

Then the next thing you know the site is haywire. Yes I clicked code in the post thing, is wordpress just not good with adcode. Ill try to show you what i mean.

Like just now. I went to put an ad toll code into the about page. Nothing shows up. When you view the source you dont see the same code that I put in, when i made the page.

hmm, did you put the text outside of the p tag? maybe try:

<p> youtube code <br /> new text </p>
