The problem is:

I've encountered that problem a lot of times there, and what I do is I repeat the process until it is successful. If after many tries and the domain is still not regged, contact the Customer Service (they're usually slow in replying, but recently, they've been fast enough for me, surprisingly ).

They had a maintenance alerted posted on their site. They were down for maintenace on registrations till 4:00 AM. You may try to read their site before you panic
