Problem with private registration

Hello,

Near one month ago I've purchased a domain and it had private registration.
The Registrar is Name.com. When I've got it I updated my information, but till now it has private registration. Whois is not updated.
I contacted Name.com support and only answer I've got is that I need to update my information. But the information is updated from the first day I've got the domain.

What should I do in that case?
Should I contact the seller, maybe he can do something with his private registration?

It can take some time for the information to be updated, just wait 24-72 hours and try to check again!
