Problem with PAYPAL - Urgent

i just got payment and after clicking ACCEPT then im getting in next window request to enter my credit card info (although i got 2 credit card in system)...
after clicking next then im getting a request to enter my bank account info (from usa) including routing (that is on the check)....

the problem is that i live in israel and i dont have a bank account in usa

does anyone knows what to do now ?!@

Well, Paypal has created problem for me earlier this year. It was some what similar problem. (cant withdraw funds - even though I am verified)

I contacted the paypal support and they assured me that it was temporary and it will be resolved very soon, which did after one week.

You can check this thread at ebay discussion board. You will be frequently updated about this issue.

I am facing the same problem, i am from Malaysia. What to do? any solutions?

The problem only happens if its a credit card funded funds sent to ya..if the funds are from the buyers paypal account itself u will be able to receive it without having to enter a US bank account.However if the funds are funded from a credit card then u have to enter a US bank account to receive the funds.

Ive called paypal customer service and they say they are currenly trying to fix this problem or bug back to what it is last time but at the time being we cant do nothing.
I am also experiencing such problems coz i am from Malaysia.. So i guess u either get a US bank account or deny the payments..

3 years passed, I see more and more Malaysians here. i remember first time i joined i didn't see any Malaysians here. Hope paypal fix this problem earlier.
