Hi all need a lil help here.

IE is not displaying banner images or certain images for me, like if I go to Google Images and search for any pictures no images show up. :/

Yet all is well on my laptop.

Am I missing something in the settings here? It used to be fine.

Any help appreciated.

I'm running XP

Did you mess up some setting? Try Internet Options > Advanced > Restore Defaults.
Clear cache and cookies may also help.

Try firefox, you will never want to go back. :hehe:

Tried it. And the same thing happens there too.

I think my PC has been posessed by some fooking gremlin. :(

Do you have Dial Up? A Lot of dial up providers have a thing called "Hi Speed Generator" Or something, for example, netzero's "Hi Speed Dial Up" doesn't display images, if you turn it off it runs a lot slower but shows images, this may be your case?

No Stacked I have a 10meg connex mate.

AMD X64 Dual Processor. It's a flying machine lol.

It's baffling me mate, I have read and read, tried and tried and still it is not right. Very odd indeed. :(

Try Internet Options > Advanced > make sure you checked both show pictures and show image dithering on multimedia
