Thus, if a new user will add .com domain to cart and apply a discount of £5, domain will cost $0.00

At the time of order, they will ask you to add a PayPal or credit card.

Yes. Promo doesn't work for existing members.

It is not difficult to be a new customer. You can use the incognito mode in the browser or clear cookies. Also pay with another credit card.
