actuary.pro is a nice profession .pro but it's quite niche and not really a domaining keyword. The only sale I could find when I was looking into this was actuaryweb.com for $100. The previous owner wanted about $400 for Actuary.pro and Acturaries.pro combined.
Oral.pro would be the most valuable .pro on the list if restrictions on .pro were ever removed. Also, you have the dentist angle even if they aren't. I think it's a very brandable site name for a dentist because of the alternative meaning.
BlueCollar.pro and WhiteCollar.pro are weak and you should drop them. Yes, there is a strong link between the key phrases and the .pro professional extension but clothes can fit you but still look terrible. I see BlueCollar.com sold for $28,750 a couple of days ago on SnapNames but I still think it's an academic, awkward, old fashioned, almost derogatory classification of somebody's place in the labour market.
Vids.net sold for $4,000 and Vids.tv sold for $662 so there might be some mileage in Vids.pro but considering the exellent fit with the .tv this isn't going to sell for more than a couple of hundred dollars even if you got lucky. Worth renewing.
Bids has never sold as a single keyword but there are 3 bids on Bids.mobi and 1 on Bids.us on Sedo so it's strong enough to sell. The big strength is short and commercial so you never know. Definitely worth registering and holding onto. I prefer it to Vids.pro because it's not abbreviated.
Buys.pro is one letter away from being brilliant but the plural kills it. It's short, commercial and memorable so somebody could definitely do something with it. When you consider somebody paid $100 for BuyZ.mobi, you've got to think, hold on, I've got it with a "s" and a sweet sounding commercial extension not an ugly pointless pump 'n dump Franken-extension like .mobi.
MP3s.pro reminds me of Constantinos Roussos' battle with Sedo over Music.mobi. He bid up to $611,000 for Music.mobi in a dubiously extended auction and then they offered him MP3s.mobi for $500,000. He replied that he wouldn't pay $300 for MP3s.mobi. Probably a bit harsh but very fair in the circumstances.

I think you will struggle to sell it in the near future but it is catchy, brandable, and in one of the biggest internet sectors so you never know. I rarely register 2 word .pros but I renewed MusicDownload.pro recently because of it's search frequency and track record.
Uploads.pro would have been alot more brandable in the singular. Upload.nl sold for $6,746 in Feb 08 so maybe there is a market for this keyword somewhere. In the plural and in .pro, I'm not convinced.
Finally, Self.pro. I like this one, it's clever, short, and brandable. I think you should develop this either as a career motivation or self improvement guide, guide to becoming a self made millionaire, or a guide to doing things that people would normally pay a professional to do. eg. registering a trademark.
Value wise, it's difficult to say. Any .pro registered today would struggle to fetch reg fee on NP but the right end user might pay several thousand dollars without quibbling purely because .pro sounds credible and impressive. It's for to make sense to register 4 letter keywords like Buys, Bids, and Vids in .pro than 20 letter+ 2-3 word .com disasters.
People say a site should load in a certain number of seconds otherwise people click elsewhere else but a mouthful 2-3 word .com domain name is surely as much of a turn off and easily forgotten.
I registered Maxi.pro yesterday, I wouldn't make any claims on it having a domain value above reg fee but it sounds catchy, it's easy to remember, it can be used to do just about anything, and I don't see any other extensions where you can pick up such easy to brand snappy names as in .pro.
