hello all,

I would be interested in getting your appraisals and feedback on a domain name I would like to sell:

tampabayfans.com

I originally envisoned this domain as a forum-type of site for fans of college, pro and semi-pro sports teams (ie: Bucs, Lightning, Devil Rays, USF, UT, etc.) playing in the Tampa bay area (Florida, US). However, other duties and responsibilities have never allowed me the time to get the project going so now I am hoping to sell the domain name. I still believe the sports fan forum idea is a good one but I don't have the time to develop it.

So, what do you think the domain might be worth as is?
