domain Princhi.com - Help 2 nubs

Hi guys,
I’m a total newby. Another nub member approached me about a domain I own - princhi.com. We both are trying to figure out what would be a fair price for it.
The buyer, important to mention, wants it for a privet project, not for resell, so she’s in fact the end user.
About the domain, it was purchased as a brandable potential. Inspiration from the Italian word principessa (pronounced princhipessa) which means princess.
Help 2 nubs out?
