Established Price Tag on Site

Firstly if I have posted this in the incorrect place then I apologise in advance

I am considering selling the following site:

Joomlaresource dot com

But am interested to hear your opinion on what you think I could get for the site on a realistic scale: Here are some stats and figures I have. Your help on this is much appreciated

Stats
Average Daily Unique Visitors: 1250 - 1500
Average Daily Page Impressions:25000 - 30000
Google Pagerank:7
Average Daily Member Signups:100
Targeted Audience: Webmasters, Developers & Designers
Memberbase of 5500+

Revenue:
I was on google adsence untill they decided to close my account for no reason, but before they did I was earning $700 a month on the site. Now to be fair I only have about $100 - $150 per month revenue on the site.

The site is connected to my network of joomla based sites including:
Joomlatraffic for com
Joomlaforum dot org

Which have more or less the same type of stats

Please let me know on your thoughts

thanks, but im not sure you fully understand the concept of what im selling. this site is listed first for things like joomla components, joomla modules etc
the site has only been operational since september and has a userbase of over 5500 members and growing on a daily base.

if i were to sell, it would be a minimum of 10K as a starting bid and that would be without the other network of sites

i've yet to hear Google shutting down an account for no-reason.. You should bear in mind that once you get black-listed same thing happens to the domain so new owner would simply not be able to advertize on AdSense...

assuming you think a new domain is going to rectify all problems is a high risk. Since now it all depends on someone reporting it or google finding out.

At the end of the day, the site is earning without Google. It just shows that Google is not the only means of earning and in my opinion if you use Google as your only source or revenue then you have a problem.

Another thing id like to add, is that if youre not thinking of buying then why bother posting on this subject.

you should EDIT your first post then and REMOVE the "consider selling" it's a black and white situation either SELL it or DON'T...

i'm not sales bashing i'm interested as the site is pretty amazing, my 3 concerns are a) your behaviour to be kicked out of AdSense and b) the fact you're now making money c) the fact the domain is black-listed from AdSense..

Some of these questions need to be taking into consideration before buying. I was interested after that comment, I will take my business somewhere else.

Well based on the average earnings since adsense dropped I'd say the site is worth about $4000-$6000. Why would you want to sell such a nice revenue generating site anyway :td:
