Ohhh i was going to accept!
I was thinkng as it is not .com
Their first offer is 2000 so maybe $2750,
Am i way off?
People never seem too accept if i go much higher than the first offer...

If they offered $2000 at least double it a say $4000. I would probably counter with $4500 and see what thier next offer is

go for $5000

first estimate your domain's worth yourself,

then analyze buyers offer, if you counter with double, your buyers reply will exhibit his True/Actual interest in your Domain.

I think its almost too long for anything over 4k, im going to say 3k

Actually, for the domain name you have, you will be able to take much more than $5000 if you be patient and wait for "God's offer".

Well the answer to your question has a few other things that need to be addressed first before deciding on a price. Are you in need of cash? Do you have late bills? Things like this can cause people to sell their domains far too cheap and regret it almost immediately. If your doing good with money and a small $10/year recurring fee is really not that much then hold onto this name for a much better deal.

I would put this name in the $xx,xxx range and if you ventured into development possibilities the sky really is the limit. I would say pass on the offer unless 5 figures+ but that is just me as I see a tremendous amount of potential in the domain.

Good luck on your choice!

From a buyer's perspective,it's not uncommon to start the negotiations with a low offer(50% of the final price, even less in some cases). He expects some sort of negotiation following that initial offer, that gives you some margin... I'd counter offer with $5,000 and start the negotiations from there.I wouldn't wait for that $xx,xxx offer, you're not gonna get 5 figures for that name honestly... .net value is in down trend and with all these gtld's coming,I don't really see a change in the trend. In fact,I see a much worse scenario for dot nets because of these new G's as time goes on.

I'd say take the $2K and run. Because it's worth a lot less than that.

If you had the .com version, it would be worth $15-$20K. Since it's .net, $2K is reasonable.
