I'm not appraising it based on the fact that it might be the next google, rather by the keywords in the domain themselves. If we were to do that, every domain out there could be potentially worth billions I guess. Yes, if google.com was not developed and the company did not exist, I would have said that's a regfee domain.

You have a reason to own it other than a domain flip? If not you might want to get them to bump it you a little and sell

Fine the google argument is wore out,my point is a name doesnt have to be popular to be valuable.
And if buddy is trying to flip the name for a profit,why does that mean he shouldd just take the first offer he recieves.Quite a world it would be if every one took the first offer they recieved.It all depends on money situation expiry,if I could sell all my domains for 250 dollars each I would be happier than a pig in

I would accept the offer. ANy name can be the next google , cant base an apprasial on that. And before google put Billions into the name it was worth little. This name is low xxx so I would take the offer if you need the money otherwise hold if you can hold out for more.
