Praha is czech for Prague, capital and largest city of the Czech Republic

Not sure how to evaluate this one because:

- GEO domains are hot but BIZ is not
- I'm not sure of the difference in value from prague.biz and praha.biz

What do you think?

Results 1 - 10 of about 93,600,000 for Praha. (0.20 seconds)
Results 1 - 10 of about 71,800,000 for prague [definition]. (0.20 seconds)

The google map that pops up for "Prague" reads: "Praha"

Estibot values "Prague.biz" at $1200 based on traffic. The keywords seem evenly priced so you could probably get that or more easily with a similarly developed site. Add some affiliate programs and you could get a pretty decent revenue stream.

The extension hurts for pure domain resale value but it's a very nice keyword.

Is something around $500 a good price to sell this domain for or should I hold for more?

If you have an offer and don't plan on developing it, $500 isn't bad for a .biz normally. Some words and phrases rise above the extensions though, within reason. This one is registered in almost every other gTLD extension. Some of that is probably because it's a pronounceable 5L, but it's a factor to consider. I would hold out personally, but I'd also be developing it so you have to make the call ultimately. Reg fee -> $500 is a good margin and you never go broke taking a profit.
