I am accepting offers for the site http://xtort.net and its entire contents.
xtort.net was created in early 2003 and has had a consistent PR5 for the past three years. It has over 500 pages of content, and also 10 freeware programs which I've created. Several of them have been downloaded by hundreds of thousands of people over the past three years. They have been very well received and reviewed in general.
The sale would include the software programs and their source code.

Traffic Details:
As for traffic, I have received a consistent 2000+ uniques a day over the past three years, with no advertising whatsoever. I have lots backlinks from top related PR7 and 6 sites.
Revenue Details:
The prime source of income is Google Adsense which has also consistently been between 700-800 USD per month, again with no advertising. (Being a Canadian, I am not yet eligible for the YPN beta)

I also have an appraisal certificate for the domain name, xtort.net, alone which is itself appraised for 10,800.
