First, I am not able to verify the pr, you may want to look into that -

Second, if you want to includ a BIN price, you must do so before a bid is placed. Auction terms cannot be changed once the bidding starts.

Third, you must set a clear end date and time for the auction (ex: July 4th 10pm est, or "24 hours after a final bid is placed") either method is fine.

Lastly, please include the domain name registrar, and renewa date.

It seems to be PR5, according to iwebtool. But it will loose fast his PR since google don't have anymore this domain in his index.
