Please see the Left menu for the PR5 sections. We have a well updated Blog that is full of news which is a PR5 as well. The forum is also updated with content with some postings there as well.
There is consistent traffic that is organic from Google Mostly. The following are the stats for the past 3 months, starting Jan 23 till April 23. We had a change of server in jan and hence we have stored raw logs before that, but traffic was higher then as well.

You should get a pretty good idea from the stats that we have good traffic given that we are in the high competition low volume Insurance market Segment. We have avoided any affiliations with insurance companies and tend to focus more on articles and content and as a general insurance website. So the revenue is mainly from YPN and Link Sales and very little from Amazon.
The YPN is about 30$ per month. But we have tried to keep the ads on the right side and very few places to make sure we are not percieved as a general adsense site. The Link sales are about 70$ per month. We can easily make more now as the PR5 pages are from the latest PR update. People are happy to have the links from this site as it is a good quality site.
About the Content: The Exclusive Articles section is created just for this website and was never allowed to be replicated by other sites. We have most of the content created uniquely for this site. if you go through the site you can compare against other websites. We have paid a lot to freelance writers and Insurance specialists to get these content into the website. We also figured it is best to get a list of good public articles into the site as well so we have added an articles section which is an article collection from ezinearticles. They all have PR as well. We have some content from III with written permission from them for some of the sections and they are tagged accordingly.
SEO: the content is optimized for all search engines and we have good number of indexed pages in search engines. Google had at 450 last month and MSN 145 and yahoo 559. The Site is indexed in all major search engines.
