Established BestRateSource.com - PR3 - $2800 Revenue - Insurance/Loan Portal

I am exploring the sale of this developed website. This would make a great portal for someone in the finance/insurance lead gen space.

The site generated around $2800 in revenue in 2010 from advertising, adsense and leads for payday and mortgage loans.

This site ranks in the top 30-40 for highly competitive search terms on google: mortgage rates, best mortgage rates, compare mortgage rates...however most of the present traffic is related to personal loans/signature loans (unique organic traffic right now is around 400-500 uniques per month)...with some more work this could make some nice money in the mortgage/insurance space for the right end user. The site has over 400 pages of unique content and thousands of backlinks. The site is built on wordpress and is hosted at Godaddy, if you want to have the site you will need to know how to export the site as this is not my area of expertise.

I would have been interested in making an offer here, but the max I have seen go is 12 months revenue. Please rethink your asking price and submit some proof of income and traffic stats.

I have moved this to flippa, I also have another advertiser who is interested in the site adding another $600-800 of revenue per year to the mix for interested parties
