Established PR3 Proxy site for sale

Okay, my proxy site got page rank over the weekend!!!!

Now a page rank 3 site!
Alexa rankings is an awesome 209,311!!

Traffic has been 100-150 per day, except for blip day with 2219 visitors!
Traffic was down quite a bit the past two days, because of server problems.

So far this month, I has not really promoted this proxy.
Did in May and June (started the proxy 5-24) and got a lot of visitors.
Also I think summer slows down the proxy business a bit.
Listed at all the top lists shown on the bottom.

Revenue? Abysmal to say the least!
I have adbrite, but it is not producing simply because the ads shown are horrible and I never went back to adbrite to clean it up and get more relevant ads to show.
So a new owner can add adsense or redo the adbrite.

To better help with companies and schools banning this proxy, I removed just about every instance of the word proxy, proxies, etc.

The domain is registered at namecheap, expires next May, 2009.

Owner is responsible for moving the site from present host!!!!
You will get cpanel access to move all the files, etc.

The banners can go, they are all mine.
The link ads on the sidebar have to stay!
Two links are exchanges and one link paid to be there for the rest of the year.

I would consider buying but not for $50. Also I wouldn't want the site at all that you have. I run my own proxy script that has my own custom changes. You just need to push the domain to me.

As for the links that need to stay..nah...I would keep the paid one as a courtesy but the exchanges I would remove. If you want to discuss this further and for me to send you an offer PM me.
