trade PR3 heavy traffic eBook site wants to exchange sitewide links - LOOK!

I'm looking for anyone interested in doing a semi-pemanent sitewide link exchange with eBooks.cc

eBooks.cc is currently a PR3 site. Has over 200 pages indexed in google (has several thousand pages online, just waiting for google to realize that!).
