Revenue Statistics:The site was recently made adsense friendly with multiple ads throughout the forum. We make roughtly 240$/m between adsense, txt link sales, and donations. Ad spot sales could be quite a bit more should the buyer wish to pursue it. Another good option would be the affiliate program with HostGator, as they have a high payout for upgrades.
Additional Notes: The community is hosted on my colocated server where I work, with the following specs.
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz
RAM: 3 GB
HDD: 2x500 GB Raid 1
cPanel/WHM/Fantastico
The owner would not need to keep the community on such a beefy server, as it would not require all that CPU power.
The vBulletin license is owned, and will be transferred to the owner should the right price be met.
Total Bandwidth usage this month: 206.9 Gig
Total Active accounts on the server: 418 Accounts
All inactive accounts are purged on a bi-monthly basis to remove any unused space.
