I have enjoyed running this service but after almost 2 years, I've decided to pursue my dream of opening a specialty bookshop. I need money for this, and I am open to any reasonable offer to take over the service.
The service is similar to fan-sites.org but with a minimum traffic requirement, because I had to make sure we can pay our bills when due. I won't mention the income from the starting months but for the last sixteen months, the total revenue was $11,873.64

The server on which the accounts are hosted will also be turned over on request. This is being rented for $305 per month from Layered Tech, and the specs are:
Intel Clovertown 5320 (Dual CPU, Quad Core)
8 GB RAM
1 x 73 GB SCSI (Main)
1 x 500 GB SATA (Backup Drive)
Cpanel + WHM + Fantastico
3300 GB Bandwidth
I'm wild about branding so I implemented "The Flaunt Look" early last year on the main site, helpdesk, and on the x2 theme for cPanel 10 and Fantastico. The themes will also be turned over on request.
I can only accept payment through Western Union, as I need the money to secure a lease on the location I want as soon as possible. Again, a reasonable offer is all that is needed.
The server was renewed on the first. Please keep that in mind when you make your offer.
