:hi: I purchased PPCNiches.com a little while back with the hopes of developing it or simply selling it. I know it has a great potential for marketing PPC campaigns/programs or blogging related to that etc.. It is currently undeveloped and I am curious as to it's value in it's current, undeveloped state. Any advice would be appreciated.
