Site is using MyBB forum software (free and open source).
Site is about 7 weeks old and I have not placed any ads on the site. The skin is custom made by me and is sold exclusively with this sale. The domain name imho is perfect. Domain creation date was Nov 05 and is registered at Moniker. I can add an additional year for $7 more. The website also has a one moderator that will remain if you wish them to.
The domain and site are cached in Google but since the site is new they have listed only the home page so far. Also no pagerank for same reason.
The reason I am selling...I just have no interest. I am not a "smoker" and so the conversation there isn't something I can really participate in.
I am looking for offers in the $xxx range. I put a good amount of time getting this built and going...it's a great base if you have similar sites or just want another forums to play with.
