It's running mybb but the design is unique and made by me. Any thoughts on the layout? I still need to add some post icons/smilies but other than that it's pretty much done.

You have designed a pretty neat theme to go with your forum, and it should be proud of that. There are some minor things to fix but you've got most of it covered. Let's start from the top.

Your icons in the top right need to either be replaced or trimmed a bit. The white appears quite clearly. You can just save them in paint the colour the white bits with your green forum background. With your logo, I just suggest making your subtext a bit clearer.

As I read down the forum descriptions, they are quite serious topics. Do you think you should hide some of the more serious ones away from guests incase a younger audience views them? Maybe just having a forum redirect, but with the forum description - so anyone interested would sign up.

The topics are well covered, you have obviously thought through them well. As you have themed the post icons, why not the 'Post Reply' buttons as well? That would bring a nice touch.

Other than that, you will just need your loyal posters. Good luck.

Thanks antman..most of your critics were right on and the site is not 100% complete. Just complete enough to show off. And the post reply button is custom. What image are you seeing?

As for worrying about a younger audience. I don't want a younger audience. If minors see the topics and get turned off...all the better. It's a forums to discuss marijuana after all not teddy bears.

Well that is a custom image pretty much. The little icon inside is from mybb but the button parts are custom made. I prefer to keep them as is. The look crisp and small icons a are a pain to make well.
