domain PotandHemp.com Just Registered Your Opinion

Honestly, I've been out of "Flipping" as I've hardly sold any domain names and as I just sold my first domain name for $400 since my last sale almost 10 years ago, I thought what the hell and put down $11 or so to register PotandHemp.com. I don't remember if "and" domains make a domain name totally valueless. Anyone think this Domain Name is sellable and at what price? No website and not developing one. Thanks for your opinion

I fail to see where companies will use half the terms domainers use in regards to hemp cannabis use. I see no value as it is one or the other hemp has commercial use pot has no commercial use. The keywords may bring traffic but without development you will never be able to show this. Low $xx
