I am considering the sale of my PR3 forum, NovaMB.com. This started out as a personal project (after I purchased it from a previous webmaster) and I have done much more with it than I thought possible.
The forum is PR3, (www. is PR2) optimized for search engines, and has active and loyal members.

NovaMB.com has recieved a lot of support and exposure from its unique style in which users are rewarded points for posting. These points can then be redeemed for prizes, cash, and other various rewards.
Stats
The forum receives about 20-40 uniques per day while averaging about 600 page views a day. Most of the traffic comes from direct type ins while the rest comes from a small campaign I started at ShareAdSpace.com. Please PM me for more information including proof.

Revenue
I previously used Adsense however was recently informed that because it is an incentive based website, it cannot be used in the adsense program. While using adsense I made around $2-$4 a month while little advertising. You could put in any other advertising source (such as BidVertiser) and probably earn just as much.
Price
I really have no set price in mind. I'm looking more for offers and am not really pressed to sell this forum quickly. I have only had it for a short amount and have developed it greatly. This is a fantastic, vibrant community that is growing by members everyday.
