Porkbun leaking whois info

Alright... I'm a customer from the EU. When I receive a domain by push they will publish my data in whois...

Anyone has the same experience? Never had this issue before (maybe didn't notice?) @Porkbun

First question: how to prevent this?
Second question: why does this even happen?

Could be because, sometimes, I have noticed that there is a small window before privacy gets applied where details are visible publicly. It happens a lot with Namesilo but I never checked this with Porkbun. Good to know though.
