Popup question

hey, since SP2 now has the popup blocker and most novice users dont even know how to disable it... is there another way to bring up a smaller window in front of the main window without it being a popup?

if so how do you do that? whats the html or guide to doing that? i use dreamweaver...

I don't think a smaller window can be exclude as not a pop up, no matter how small it is.

thats not what i meant by that... i was just saying can i make a window come up in front like if you were opening another browser window but have it appear at a specific size... like opening a _blank browser window (which isnt a popup)..
