For those of you that use Google adsense on your websites as a source of revenue, Microsoft has recently released a browser popup blocker that targets google adsense code. It does work on many othe types of popups but its main focus was to eliminate googles ads. If you have noticed a dramatic decrease in your impressions this can be attributed to this new microsoft update, this only effects machines that have installed the SP2 for XP,
To turn this annoying popup blocker off go to tools / popup blocker off and reboot machine. Its also advised that you post some message to your website users indicating the above information, Ex: This site is best viewed WITHOUT microsofts popup blocker installed, and details on how to disable this feature.
If anyone is willing to create a small .gif .jpg outlining this info I think many people that use adsense as a source of revenue will place this in their sites
