Pool - How does it work?

I'm new to the whole Pool thing, and I've been getting their 'hotlist' for a while now via email. I signed up to get one of the ones in a drop, but I imagine someone else will too and therefore it will go to auction. How and when does all this happen, will they email me or should I sign into my pool account daily and check it out?

You set up an account with pool then enter the names you would like to backorder

If pool is successful in aquiring the name and their are no other bidders they charge you US $60.00 + G.S.T ( if Canadian) . Itf their are other people who have Backordered the name they place it up for a 48 hour (? ) Auction

Yes I know that... but I'm asking how long does the drop usually take before they know that they have it? and will they email me about it or do I need to check in with the site?

They will email you when they charge your card

You should know if they got the name by 3:30 PM
