I'm now in an auction for a domain at Pool.com, and the starting price for the auctions there are $60... so I bid $70... However, the price remained at $60, so when I went to check the bidding activity for this domain name, I only see my two bids, and no one else?

Does this mean there is no one else in the auction, or does Pool just not show who is in the auction?

Maybe something strange there

Are you winning the auction? Probably what's happening is you were the first person to place a backorder which means you are automatically placed in the auction as the first bidder at $60. When you placed your bid of $70, the auction value did not change because you don't bid against yourself. You are still the auction lead at $60 but you now have a proxy bid of $70. If another bidder bids $70, you will still be winning the auction at $70 because you were first to bid that amount. If another bidder bids more than $70, then the auction will increment to $80 and they will be winning.
