PolurNET, are these any good? They suspended without telling me, no emails or nothing. I emailed support, but no reply. Now im losing around $10 a day. :(

I can't find any emails or pending requests, what is the ticket ID? If a site was suspended, it can be due to a variety of factors, including spam, high resource usage, etc. that were deemed urgent enough in nature to require immediate action. Let us know more info and I'll check it out. The abuse department can take 24-72 hours to submit reports if a problem was detected, to give us time to research the problem and decide on appropriate actions needed for resolution. If the site is important to you, you need to take the initiative to contact us and we'll gladly explain.

I did contact you guys, via the live support link. Everyone was offline so it let me send an email instead, everything has fine until now.None of my sites spam or i doubt the use high resources, since most of them get under 500 uniques a day and one is just a topsite.

I cannot find the ticket or offline message (which should generate a ticket #) with respect to the issue. If you have this information, let me know so I can investigate further.

I didnt get an ticket number via email. I went on your support again today, this time they was online, they didnt respond, i tried twice. My account STILL remains suspended.

Why don't you send a ticket or email to support[at]polurnet.com? I still don't have your account information, or server name, so wouldn't know where to look. We want to help, but without knowing your info, there's no way to automatically discover this.

http://support.polurnet.com states that the official method of support is via the helpdesk, not live chat. In fact, live chat won't be able to help with unsuspensions or abuse problems, as per their policy. A simple email directly to the helpdesk would solve the problem, but I still can't find any emails from you.

Ive sent one now, but im still disappointed that i didnt recieve an email on suspension. What if i had 50 sites, only got to check on this site once a week. I wouldnt have known.

Now that I got your information, it was suspended yesterday. It hasn't been 72 hours, so no abuse report was sent yet, as we were monitoring usage and doing research to determine the issues with the site. I've sent you an email with the statistics we have, which show the site using over 11% memory for extended periods of time.

Dre it seems that you are lacking knowledge that you can easily just submit a support ticket at most hosts and get a faster reply when are not able to contact live support. You should have put two and two together to know that when you so called submitted your email to polur and did not get a email to your account that it did not go through. Polur is a very respectable host here at np and from what I have seen are on the ball day in and day out. Basicly what I am trying to say is do your homework and use the host(s) website as a point of contact before coming here and crying over a money issue, it will help both yourself and the host in the long run to solve your problem a lot faster in the future.
