Second.. Support is 24/7.. We get alot of tickets and it can be a task to answer your ticket within an hour. But we do try out best. If you can provide me with some evidence about how your ticket was only answered in the middle of the night and what is up I will try and help you solve this issue.
Also please do provide evidence before you trash a company. I believe you where also the one who posted trash about us in WHJ and you didn't even have an account with us. I am not saying you are.. But you sound fimilar.
