I didn't know if it had any significant meaning at first but apparently it is: "a widely used euphemism for Russian troops who wore no identifying insignia on their military uniforms and quietly stood guard as Crimea's strategic sites were seized." I think it's spelling also gives it another timely relation to 'troops' because (unfortunately) policemen seem to be causing a lot of controversy lately and perhaps need to be more polite-men. With that in mind: I think it has a reasonable value of $xxx. Good luck with it!

I can't think about what development could be done on this domain. That's why i'm afraid to say it has reg fee value...

Could be used as a matchmaking/dating service where the business model puts emphasis on well-mannered/polite men. Put a whitelabel site on it or a simple one page ad showing a few pictures of random dudes with some samples of personal ads "Old fashioned man with traditional values seeking long term relationship...blahblah" add contact information to help sell the idea, then I think it could be worth $xxx and up from someone in the dating industry who likes the concept. Parked with no development, I don't see anyone making offers anytime soon.

G'luck
