Two simple domains, please appraise:

polandrentals.com
polandrentals.net

The idea here is that after joining the EU both the Polish real estate market & tourism market are booming, and huge growth is expected for next 5-10 y.

There are many similar domains listed at fabulous and other places, at prices at or above 1000$, but I don't see anyone buying them


What's your view?

Develop them... you might have something. If you know the Poland landscape and the site will be in their language... go for it.

Not much resale value on them without development. $Reg fee.
