I've been sitting on this one for at least 5-6 years. I'm assuming it has some application in the real estate, home goods, interior decorating & design industries.

Any ideas? Best places to market or sell it?

list it here for auction ,my guess is you will get from 1-4 dollars for it at best ,but you wont have to renew it anymore
