To me any domain with dash is just reg fee but will make sense once SEO optimization comes around

It's dashed and, as you mentioned, the name is a trademark owned by Nintendo, so I would say that it has no face value to it. Even if you develop it, it is only a fit for a very narrow niche.

Nintendo does not do much to enforce its trademarks. A good example is http://www.pokemoncrater.com/. This site is making a fortune. My estimates are well over $2000 daily. Look at their Alexa (900 +/-), their adbrite ads are always sold out at $70 - $400 daily, and there are always 12,000 people online and Nintendo has done nothing.
