I have it parked on sedo and make around $50-$70 week.

I think it's a popular search in Asia.

I can see there are about 60 visittors at parkpage last 30 days.
I check it have one backlink from a forum.
Domain value $0, If it earn for you $50-$70 a week (I don't believe that true), you can hope Value= $200 (a month)* 6 months= $1,200.
But I never buy domain like that because it has only one backlink.
If it lost, so you have a zero value domain.

In domains, if a domain make you $xx, so you can sell for $xx* 6 months. But in case that is good revenue.
