Plural version of established company - TM legality

Hi guys. Do I have to worry about TM issues with the plural version of an existing company? I figure it could be beneficial to the company itself, or its competitors. Thanks.

Why you registered/acquired/dropcatched the domain in the first place?
Do you plan developing the domain or sell based on a company using singular?
Is the company popular and well known?
