IMHO: It would depend upon what you develop it into and how many people visited. If either became THE premier source of information or viewing for these areas then the business would be worth far more than the domains could.

As an example, Business.com was sold for a hideous amount (100m+) but the name as great as it is clearly is not worth anywhere near that, a substantial fraction of the value of some developing countries.
