unless your domain is 2character.ca (is it) because if it is that i would say reg fee.

If you are asking about a generic domain name that has 2 characters in the extension .ca , it will stay in DNDiscussion.
In which case I'd still say little more than regfee.
If you are asking about the domain name "2character.ca", I will move this to appraisals.
Either way, regfee or approximate, even as cliche and generic of a response as that is.
