How and how long & how much does it cost to trade mark a domain name?

well trademarking itself it pretty expensive. The filing fee is $335.00 per class of goods and/or services But tradmarking is for just that ...a company mark such as namepros logo .

I think it will be pretty much impossible to trademark a domain after reading that info . If you want to protect the name the best you can, I would suggest you trademark your logo copyright your site and regester it as a business in your state or country ..
