Hello Everyone,

I'm trying my hand at the resell game. Please take a look at my site and let me know what you think about:

A) The design
B) The offer/process

Thank you!

i personally see these type of websites as a waste of time and throw it into the category of scam/spam/popup, even though some of them are legitimate. the website has that kind of look; it's one long page with a "enter your email" at the bottom. and of course theres always pictures of ebooks and whatnot, huge text, along with bulleted lists of why everything is so great and easy, and even the font seems similar to those sites. one thing you're missing though - "testimonials" haha.

in all seriousness though, the domain name is decent and youve done a good job making it into a brand, but the whole reseller/ebook-selling/software-selling look isnt that great. i bet you could whip up a more functional website in less than a month, which will naturally look better than the one you have now anyway.

goooood luck!!

You're starting out good with an explosive banner, a centered context window and the sides are watermarked. Great concept there,....and THEN, you destroy most of it with a "Late night TV sales as". If you want to generate sales, you have to lead users/potential clients with a bit more finesse. Being in someones face with what you're trying to accomplish is NOT going to land you as many sales as if you offer content that delivers the product as an integral part. How this works? Example: Read an article in a car magazine, they are built with the intent to educate and review, while in the end, they are paid advertisements. Think about the way you can deliver your product and be a bit more creative than the rest of the guerrilla tactics websites. There are better and smarter ways to do this.
You've gotten off to a great start with the design of the banner and the sides of the site, make the rest to appear a bit smarter and you should have a decent shot at getting more sales.

best of luck

Thanks for the input!

I have access to over 6 gigs of scripts and ebooks that I paid a large amount for. My business model is to resell these info-products obviously. I had two options for when I list an item: A) Reuse the sales letter that came with the book or B) Write my own review/salesletter.

Based on your feedback, I think I'll touch up on my copywriting skills and review each product I"m about to sell. I'll try to make the front page more compelling and inviting too instead of a CLICK TO BUY NOW in your face approach.

What about the headers that came with each product? Should I keep those or ditch them and only use my own?

Thanks for the design feedback too. I work with an excellent designer who amazes me everytime.

The front page looks like spam, there are hundreds of sites using that same basic template. Personally, if I ever see sites like that I just leave.
However, if you are going to keep that layout, heres a sugegstion; get rid of the dashed-outline on those boxes, it just looks terrible

The first page is really really busy... It hurts my eyes.

Also, the main "product" you are selling is the script, right? So why hide that at the bottom of the page? You want to get your main content to the visitor as soon as possible. Put the ticker and the encouragement up top, and "force" people to look at it. Just my opinion.

tone down the bg where it says the repeating script madness, add more opacity to it so it's lighter and it won't look as overpowering

the layout overall is nice and the logo is cool, not too sure about the guy on the left holding his head though lol

if i was doing it i'd look at changing the nav menu so that it stands out more, maybe add rollover effects so you know where your mouse is pointing :)

other than that though nice work ;)
