Ok i don't like it , sorry. Setting up a forum isnt too difficult but yer, layout isnt bad. I dont like the skin, it makes it look cluttered. 7/10.

and there are some bugs in that skin..for example, when you read a thread, at the end there is a black background and the skin do not fit to the table size or etc..

There are a few key things wrong.

First of all - you don't have a logo! You have got to get a logo up there so that people know you are dedicated to your forums.

Second - on my very first view, I have no idea what your forums are about. Visitors shouldnt have to look at the various sections and read threads to figure out the subject of the forums. Try putting a message at the top of your forums that says what your forums are about, what you get for registering, and how to register.

Third - you could use some more customization...Frankly, the index looks a bit boring right now, the skin is nice, although overused, but I feel like there should be more for me to see on your forum index...
