The header is visually appealing, but as I scroll down I get kind of bored with the box look. Perhaps you could use the stars from the top on the middle and bottom? It wouldn't hurt to add something more to the radient background, either.

Other than that, I definately like it. The top links are my favorite part. I'm a sucker for scroll-overs.

Good overall branding, although the design doesn't speak to me at all, it's simply too plastic to make points with me. That's most likely just my perception, though. Since you're promoting music, i'd consider running music with the site, build the player in and give users the option to turn it off, it would immediately transport why your site is existing.
Everything else looks and feels pretty solid: :tu: :tu: 2/3

thanks for taking time out to comment, some nice opinions there that i can take into consideration i will deffinitely be adding some kind of flash music player that has the option to turn it off and will look at the boxes as it does seem a bit bland and repititive

Loving the design.

All of the colours work and flow together perfectly.
