Very Very nice job, love the banner, love the design, i just think this site was designed perfectly, i would rate you a 11/10, very good job man

There is way too much empty space. Not only is the actual page indented, but also you have a massive void between all the elements of your layout.

The font size you use seems pretty small (at least for my eyes) and if I resize the text I get a distorted layout.

Other than that, nice graphical design.

Agreed. Too much empty space in between, the font is very small. The flash banner and the flash menu looks nice.

Indeed nice colour palet. Maybe just a bit too much of the doctors and nurses for my taste but otherwise it works for me.
